We furnish water and sewer to Village residents and also several residents outside the Village.
We bill quarterly. Meters are read March 30th, June 30th, September 30th and December 30th. Bills are sent out approximately 10 days after meter readings. Water is payable without penalty 30 days after billing date and Sewer is payable without penalty 60 days after billing date.
Our water rates are: $17.70 debt service for water and $1.55 per thousand gallons.
Our sewer rates are: $20.00 debt service and $13.00 minimum for the first 5,000 gallons. (Minimum bill is $33.00) after 5,000 gallons sewer is calculated at $2.20 per thousand. Sewer usage is based on water usage. Outside the Village water and sewer rates are 1 1/2 times regular rates.
